So how does the 650GT from CFMOTO measure up against it's closest competitor?
The first thing you'll notice is that the CFMOTO is wider and taller than the Ninja, the latter is closer to the ground. With a 19 litre fuel tank, the 650GT can carry more than it's Japanese rival.
Both bikes use conventional telescopic shocks instead of USD forks. Both equipped with dual disc front brakes and single disc at the rear on 17 inch rims.
650GT has an upper hand when it comes to features included as standard. Split headlight setup with integrated LED lights and L-shaped LED DRLs, plus LED tail light. In comparison, the Kawasaki 650 Ninja has a Z-shaped LED tail lamp and split halogen headlamp. The windscreen is taller on the 650GT, which can be manually adjusted up to 60mm, the same adjustment as the Ninja 650.
The CFMOTO 650GT has a 5 inch TFT display with touring and sports mode, whilst the Ninja 650 has an LCD display.
